I grew up with meditation being a part of my family life. In India meditation and seva (selfless service) is an integrated part of our culture and I believe it helps to bring the right balance into our lives. 

My own experience and healing has paved the way for me to be where I am today. As a Mindfulness Coach and Holistic Healer, I help my clients overcome stress, anxiety, addictions, depression and more through meditation, conscious breathing and coaching.  Some of my specialties are breathwork, meditation, chakra healing, pranayama, and MBSR therapy. 

My approach is heart-centered and you will feel completely safe to be your authentic self with me. I will be here as your guide and confident throughout the whole process. We will call in peace and love, silence the voice of the inner critic, relieve anxiety and expand your sense of joy, adventure and creativity.

Have you ever witnessed the sheer presence and unconstrained way a child moves through life? Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, many of us lost our playfulness, curiosity, and joy for living. I can help you find that again through exploration of meditation and mindfulness practices. 

 

The years I spent as a Montessori directress set a solid foundation for understanding that my role as a guide is to set up a nurturing and safe environment for my clients to move at their own pace and have a truly personal experience. And my certification in iRest, Integrative Restoration, prepared me to work with clients that might be holding onto pain and trauma. 

 

I have extended experience working with students, teachers, parents, and caregivers, as well as corporate clients, veterans, and people of all walks of life. I love to help clients to implement compassion practices, and to help them address limiting self-beliefs, depression, and anxiety.

Unlike most, I grew up with meditation - my dad and grandmother were both meditation leaders. I experienced many traumas in my youth and as I struggled through my own depression, I found that  coming back to the practices I learned as a child made a critical difference in my healing. I've been the person who has felt so disconnected, not good enough and not worthy enough. But I'm also the person that came through all of that and I genuinely find joy in helping others find their inner peace, self-love, happiness and purpose. 

I love working with people on a journey of healing and growth who desire to connect deeper to their bodies and live more authentically. I came to meditation through seeking holistic treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I tried all kinds of medications and they didn’t land well in my body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping people who are in a similar situation find peace, healing, and release.

I specialize in loving kindness, self-compassion, stress reduction, and working with you to bring mindfulness to the areas you need it most. I am here to help you integrate this mindfulness into your every-day life, not just the seated practice.

Meditation was passed down in my family, so I have been practicing my entire life! I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with beginners and experienced seekers alike. Growing up with this teaching, I wanted to share this with people I know to help them always approach situations, events, or issues with clarity and and calm mind.

I specialize in chakra meditation, sound therapy, breath-work, and traditions such as Qi Gong and Jin Shin Do.

Together, we will take a heart-centered approach to meditation, moving through a journey of self-awareness, self-love. self-healing, and finally self-discovery.
