I discovered meditation after living with chronic illness, depression, daily stress, and childhood trauma. For those who are in the midst of the struggle - there is hope! It can get better.

I specialize in helping people from all walks of life self-regulate their emotions and behaviors, leading to reduced stress, less anxiety, and more balance regardless of what is happening in life.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at, helping you to connect with your heart and emotions, giving your mind relief and peace, and allowing you to feel more calm and present. It’s time to live a life full of love, laughter, passion, curiosity, and joy!

Meditation was passed down in my family, so I have been practicing my entire life! I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with beginners and experienced seekers alike.

I specialize in chakra meditation, sound therapy, breath-work, and traditions such as Qi Gong and Jin Shin Do.

Together, we will take a heart-centered approach to meditation, moving through a journey of self-awareness, self-love. self-healing, and finally self-discovery.

I came to meditation through seeking holistic treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I tried all kinds of medications and they didn’t land well in my body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping people who are in a similar situation find peace, healing, and release.

I specialize in loving kindness, self-compassion, stress reduction, and working with you to bring mindfulness to the areas you need it most. I am here to help you integrate this mindfulness into your every-day life, not just the seated practice.

I love working with beginners and experienced meditators alike - together we will make peace with the inner critic, unwind anxiety, and expand your sense of joy, adventure, creativity, and vitality.
