My expectation was that I'd just be doing breathing and stress-relieving exercises but it was SO much more than that. Calm Scholar was started by three friends based on a common interest in meditation, self exploration, and mental health. Meditation had greatly improved our lives, and we wanted to share this important practice with others.

We realized how many truly talented meditation coaches were out there, but many of them lacked the resources to find and connect with the people they could help most. Additionally, we knew there were many people who could benefit from meditation, but lacked the support system to help them along their way. We created Calm Scholar to bridge this gap, and help more people experience the therapeutic benefits of one-on-one meditation guidance.
