I was introduced to meditation after living with severe anxiety for more than 10 years. At the time I was struggling with anxiety attacks, constant worrying, stress, overeating, drinking alcohol and having a devastating feeling of 'not being good enough'. I had little to no boundaries and I was people pleasing at the cost of my own mental health.
After seeing doctors and several psychologists with no results, a friend recommended mindfulness meditation. I was blown away by the effect simple processes such as meditation and breathwork had on my mental and physical health. I felt the results almost immediately. That was when my devotion to this path started. Since then I've been working full-time with meditation and healing, helping others recover from stress and anxiety the same way I did.
