Biography

I came to meditation through seeking holistic treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I'd tried all

kinds of medications and they just didn't land well in my mind, body and spirit.  In a quest to heal and be myself again, and to manage myriad symptoms, I began my explorations of consciousness by participating in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course. Since then, I've pursued experiences and education in both Evidenced-based Meditation & Somatic practices and Retreats in the Eastern Spiritual traditions from which they are derived. It is really important for me to draw from the two in my life and teaching.

 

I love working with clients who are curious about meditation and want accountability (and joy!) building or re-establishing their own unique routine.

Linnie is kind and gentle, while still remaining powerful in her choice of meditation tools and techniques.
