A Message From Linnie

My approach is disciplined, supportive, purposeful, (fun!) and consistent. If you are not ready and committed to explore and form a dedicated meditation practice for your well-being, please take a pause and reflect on your motivation for scheduling with me.

Is your joy and peace of mind  a top priority for you right now? Are you willing to dedicate time, energy and resources to feel better? To feel amazing?

Let's start this adventure by being mindful of your choice to speak with me, and we'll work well together!

Biography

I came to meditation through quarter-life crisis purpose-seeking. Trauma, depression, anxiety, existential angst, not understanding my neuro-divergent brain...you name it, I was going through it!

First I found Yoga, and then I found myself and my real home at the end of class...in Savasana, Relaxation Pose. I thought, "I'd like to do more of that total release, please! I'll take more peace, thanks!"

So I pursued Meditation more seriously through the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. That class opened up my mind and heart and led me not only to purpose, but to total wellbeing and a deep sense of connection to myself and life.

Since then, I've pursued experiences and education in Evidenced-based Meditation, Somatic Healing and Eastern Spiritual traditions. It is really important for me to draw from a balance of Science and Spirituality within my life and teaching.

I served as the Mind-Body & Mindfulness Programs Coordinator at Georgia State University for 4.5 years where my main focus was managing student stress and anxiety. Today, my purpose has evolved and I'm especially interested in helping people get out of their own way. To free themselves from all the ways in which they are holding themselves back from joy, peace, self-expression and vitality.

I enjoy working with clients who are curious and enthusiastic about building or re-establishing their own unique meditation routine towards that end.
