Getting Started

To get started, you will select the guide you would like to work with and schedule your first 30-minute virtual session. This first session session is complementary and does not count against your purchased coaching time.

 

During your introductory session, you will have a chance to meet your guide, ask questions, receive a guided meditation, and discuss what things will look like moving forward. Through this first exploration, you will be able to gauge whether or not you are interested in working with the guide you have chosen or if you would prefer to speak with someone else.

All additional sessions will be scheduled after your introductory session.

As a Mindfulness Coach and Holistic Healer, I help my clients overcome stress, anxiety, addictions, depression and more through meditation, conscious breathing and coaching.  Some of my specialties are breathwork, meditation, chakra healing, pranayama, and MBSR therapy.

I was introduced to meditation after living with severe anxiety for more than 10 years. At the time I was struggling with anxiety attacks, constant worrying, stress, overeating, drinking alcohol and having a devastating feeling of 'not being good enough'. After seeing doctors and several psychologists with no results, I turned to meditation based on a recommendation from a friend, and was blown away by the results. That was when my devotion to this path started. Since then I've been working full time with meditation and healing, helping others recover from stress and anxiety the same way I did.

I specialize in mindfulness for anxiety, stress management, meditation, deep healing breathwork, pranayama, guided visualizations, trauma healing, and inner-child work. 

My approach to clients is always heart-centered. I care about holding a completely judgment free space for you, where you can feel safe to be yourself exactly as you are. Working with me you will feel seen, heard and understood.

The years I spent as a Montessori directress set a solid foundation for understanding that my role as a guide is to set up a nurturing and safe environment for my clients to move at their own pace and have a truly personal experience. And my certification in iRest, Integrative Restoration, prepared me to work with clients that might be holding onto pain and trauma. 

 

I have extended experience working with students, teachers, parents, and caregivers, as well as corporate clients, veterans, and people of all walks of life. I love to help clients to implement compassion practices, and to help them address limiting self-beliefs, depression, and anxiety.

I realized that I needed to take care of myself - to make myself a priority. It was then that I started meditating daily. My intention is to help you experience, through my guided meditations, whatever relief you are looking for. I have experience leading meditations on losing a loved one, an aging parent, bringing joy and happiness, patience, gratitude, creativity, courage, clarity, trust and calm / peace.

  

I can coach you to be more accepting, more open to whatever life brings you - good and bad, pleasure and difficulty, comfort and discomfort. And I can help lead you on the path to better physical and emotional health.
