Getting Started

To get started, you will select the guide you would like to work with and schedule your first 30-minute virtual session. This first session session is complementary and does not count against your purchased coaching time.

 

During your introductory session, you will have a chance to meet your guide, ask questions, receive a guided meditation, and discuss what things will look like moving forward. Through this first exploration, you will be able to gauge whether or not you are interested in working with the guide you have chosen or if you would prefer to speak with someone else.

All additional sessions will be scheduled after your introductory session.

Before I knew the words for it, I found myself intuitively drawn to visualization and meditation to help me overcome the physical pain I experienced as a child.

I specialize in body-scans, visualization, breathwork, self-inquiry, planetary, chakra, and heart-centered meditations.

I am deeply passionate about taking all of this and shaping it into a practice that will resonate with you and your personal journey! Regardless of where you’re at, we will release expectations, become more present, and build a routine that leaves you more connected with yourself and others.

I discovered meditation after living with chronic illness, depression, daily stress, and childhood trauma. For those who are in the midst of the struggle - there is hope! It can get better.

I specialize in helping people from all walks of life self-regulate their emotions and behaviors, leading to reduced stress, less anxiety, and more balance regardless of what is happening in life.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at, helping you to connect with your heart and emotions, giving your mind relief and peace, and allowing you to feel more calm and present. It’s time to live a life full of love, laughter, passion, curiosity, and joy!

Meditation was passed down in my family, so I have been practicing my entire life! I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with beginners and experienced seekers alike.

I specialize in chakra meditation, sound therapy, breath-work, and traditions such as Qi Gong and Jin Shin Do.

Together, we will take a heart-centered approach to meditation, moving through a journey of self-awareness, self-love. self-healing, and finally self-discovery.

I came to meditation through seeking holistic treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I tried all kinds of medications and they didn’t land well in my body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping people who are in a similar situation find peace, healing, and release.

I specialize in loving kindness, self-compassion, stress reduction, and working with you to bring mindfulness to the areas you need it most. I am here to help you integrate this mindfulness into your every-day life, not just the seated practice.
