What to Expect During Your First Session

During your first session your meditation coach will introduce themself, but more importantly, they will ask you some questions and get to know you so that they can learn what you are looking for and begin helping you right away. You will be led through a guided meditation and will be given the opportunity to give your feedback and ask any questions you have.

My approach to clients is always heart-centered. I care about holding a completely judgment free space for you, where you can feel safe to be yourself exactly as you are. Working with me you will feel seen, heard and understood. I’ve been where you are now and I’m not afraid to say that meditation, breathwork and self-love saved my mental health.
