My expectation was that I'd just be doing breathing and stress-relieving exercises but it was SO much more than that. I specialize in chakra meditation, sound therapy, breath-work, and traditions such as Qi Gong and Jin Shin Do.

Together, we will take a heart-centered approach to meditation, moving through a journey of self-awareness, self-love. self-healing, and finally self-discovery.

I came to meditation through seeking holistic treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I tried all kinds of medications and they didn’t land well in my body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping people who are in a similar situation find peace, healing, and release.

I specialize in loving kindness, self-compassion, stress reduction, and working with you to bring mindfulness to the areas you need it most. I am here to help you integrate this mindfulness into your every-day life, not just the seated practice.

I love working with beginners and experienced meditators alike - together we will make peace with the inner critic, unwind anxiety, and expand your sense of joy, adventure, creativity, and vitality.
